• Contact phone number at the time of service: Can be a mobile.
• Address where the service will be carried out.
• Date and starting time of the service.
• Occasion: Birthday, Hens night, Work function, etc.
• First name of the person/people who the service is provided for.
• Type of service or performance: Singing telegram, Full striptease etc.
• Number of performers required (if applicable).
• Names of the performers you selected (if applicable).
• Type of costume the performer/s will wear: Optional (if applicable)
• Type of gift you require for novelty message and delivery services.

Please Note: We only require a deposit to hold your booking, as the remainder should be payed at the time of the service. The deposit amount will be listed next to each service listing.
